How quickly can an engagement start after I buy hours?
Typical kick-off is within 3–5 business days of purchase. We schedule an onboarding call, collect the necessary environment access, and agree on scope before any hours are consumed.
Can I talk to someone before purchasing?
Yes. Email sudarshan.r@luppiter.tech with a brief description of your requirement. We are happy to schedule a 30-minute scoping call at no cost.
Do you issue formal invoices and support purchase orders?
Yes. We issue GST-compliant invoices for all purchases. Contact us with your billing details and any PO reference before completing a transaction.
